Rachel Trimarco, Founder & CEO

A newlywed herself, Rachel planned and designed every detail of her own 300 person, lavish Hampton wedding. After receiving several astronomical quotes from florists, Rachel knew that she could find a way to avoid paying premium prices for the elegant floral décor she envisioned. She found an incredibly talented floral designer with over 25 years of experience to execute her floral scheme and used her business skills to negotiate with distributors. She ended up with couture floral arrangements for a fraction of the quotes she received from florists. After seeing her work and learning how little she paid, numerous friends and acquaintances requested her help in planning their own weddings. This gave Rachel the inspiration for a discounted, designer bridal flower boutique. 

Rachel studied business management and communications at Cornell University. Her diverse career included financial sales, event planning and television production. After gaining experience in the corporate world, Rachel decided to pursue her true passion, interior and event design. She combined her business acumen, planning and production experience, and flair for design to start Bridal Flowers Exclusive.

Debbie Nares, Executive Designer

Debbie, a veteran of the bridal flower industry, has over twenty-five of experience and brings her creativity, expertise and vision to the Bridal Flowers Exclusive team. She has a unique eye for style and color and her distinctive arrangements are bound to wow even the pickiest of brides.

Lindsay Moro, Senior Designer

Lindsay has over six years of experience working in the floral & event industry designing for some of New York's most prestigious event companies and working along side some of the most renown and talented designers in the industry.

Lindsay's diverse experience includes wedding design, floral retail, visual merchandising, designing for corporate & private affairs, as well as floral home décor.

Lindsay brings a fresh outlook to Bridal Flowers Exclusive and her unique creations are a true reflection of her passion for floral design as well as her natural instinct and talent for working with colors, texture, and composition. Lindsay is a graduate of Purchase College where she focused her studies on art and design.

Mary Ann Giambattista, Director of Events

Mary Ann joins Bridal Flowers Exclusive with a wealth of experience for more than 20 years in floral and home design. Her repertoire includes both private and commercial designs catering to a discerning clientele. Mary Ann’s expertise in combining complimentary textures, textiles, floral and jewel accents to create exotic, traditional and vintage designs reflect and portray the true essence, exquisite beauty and romance of each bride’s dream wedding.

Mary Ann is a graduate of St. John’s University and holds a Master’s degree from Adelphi University. She is thrilled to be part of such a dedicated and imaginative team whose collaborative efforts strive to bring about the most enchanting and captivating works of art through flowers. Mary Ann embraces each bride’s unique personality endeavoring to translate that very essence into a most beautiful creation.

Elisha Krauss, Assistant

Elisha grew up in Oklahoma and moved to New York City to attend college and pursue her dream of becoming a producer. She landed a coveted job as a radio news producer and because of her professionalism, work ethic and managerial skills was quickly promoted to a Senior Producer. As a producer, she has planned and executed over thirty corporate events along with political and humanitarian fundraisers across the nation, acting as a liaison between public figures, celebrities, agents and vendors.

While she loves producing, Elisha’s passion is weddings and as Director of Events brings her planning and production expertise to the Bridal Flowers Exclusive team.  Even as a young girl, she loved weddings so much that she asked for a subscription to Brides magazine for her 12th birthday. She has played many roles in weddings; that of a guest, attendant, planner, florist and most recently, bride. After she got engaged in 2009, Elisha relied on her wedding and production experience to plan her own within only 4 months, and managed to save 30% on costs while pulling off an elegant and elaborate affair. Elisha’s goal is to ensure that her clients have the same feeling that she had on her own wedding day, the satisfaction of a perfectly executed event aligned with her vision!

Elisabeth Santana, Assistant

Elisabeth is a recent college graduate with a degree in Health and Nutrition who has always had a flair for design. She is currently pursuing a Certification of Floral Design and by assisting our experienced design team, is gaining invaluable hands on training. Her professional experience includes internships in both hospitality and customer service where she worked closely with clients in catering to their needs. She brings the same values of customer service to her interactions with brides. As a design coordinator with a keen eye for color, structure and style, Elisabeth is an asset to the Bridal Flowers Exclusive team.
